When Cognito invokes Lambda functions through these triggers, timeout is 5s. It is true for all the trigger types except for Custom Email Sender and Custom SMS Sender. This can be found in the documentation: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cognito/latest/developerguide/cognito-user-pools-working-with-lambda-triggers.html#important-lambda-considerations
Is this the soft limit? if not, any documentations states work around for this kind of use case
Sam, as far as I know, it's not a soft limit...
