Email Billing for AWS should & how do I cancel if its not needed??

Hi Guys Im unsure what AWS is or how I'm registered. Im a bit concerned because an email askes about billing so that I don't cancel something I need can you help clear my confusion. regards Mick. I am a amazon user I am a amazon affiliate I don't recall registering for AWS?
