When using Oracle as a target, AWS DMS migrates all tables and indexes to default table and index tablespaces in the target.
It also has limitations such as lack of automatic schema creation: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/dms/latest/userguide/CHAP_Target.Oracle.html#CHAP_Target.Oracle.Limitations
That might require some manual work if there large number of schemas to move. I am not sure if it will create all objects in new schema and then copy data.
Have you seen a video that demonstrates how this is done? It seems might be more reliable to use an export data pump for this.

It seems there is still some manual work to do using SCT to copy oracle schemas from one RDS to another and it is one schema at a time. It sounds using data pump export/import might be easier.
