Unable to access Pretest exam in AWS GEN AI Developer

Dear Team,

With respect to the AWS GEN AI Developer certification preparation available in AWS SKill builder, i tried accessing the pretest exam, however the pretest exam does not load, i am redirected to the home page stating the resource you are trying to access is not  found or unavailable. Can you please help, it is really urgent, as my AWS GEN AI Developer exam is scheduled for Monday (16 March)

If you experience issues viewing course content, then make sure that you’re using the latest versions of supported browsers: Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari.Turn off any pop-up blockers that you might have, and make sure that you allow third-party cookies.
VPNs can interfere with launching trainings. If this is the case, then disconnect from the VPN.

Then, try to access the content again. If you still experience issues, then please open a case with our customer service team at https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training and we will investigate accordingly.
