Monitoring the service limitation usage throughout the AWS Organization

I would like to reduce the inconvenience caused by service limitations in organization.

To achieve this, I would like to be able to monitor the usage of service limits across AWS Organization. However, even if I use AWS Service Quotas, it doesn't appear that there is an AWS-native mechanism to get the metrics of the usage across the AWS Organization and see it in one place.

For example, AWS Organization integration for AWS Service Quotas does not appear to be for integration of usage metric. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/servicequotas/latest/userguide/organization-templates.html

Is this understanding correct?

If so, I would like to hear ideas on how we can monitor the usage of service limitation across AWS Organization in one place.

In addition to that, I don't want to use a mechanism to automatically increase the limit, and therefore don't want to use Service Quotas request templates.
