Unable to RDP into Windows EC2 Server

0

After creating my Windows EC2 instance, I have been able to connect to the server using RDP. However, the last time I connected to the server, I created an inbound rule for ports 80 and 9443 to test an application. The test was not successful, so I put off all the firewalls to test again, still the test was still unsuccessful. After that, I clicked the 'restore settings' available on the Windows firewall page to put all the firewalls back. It was after this action that I have not been able to connect back to the server using RDP.

Hello.

You can use Systems Manager to modify Windows Firewall.
Please try troubleshooting by following the steps in the document below.
