Today I want to make a small example mix 2 "Materials" on the same plane. for this we will use a few simple materials and a cube

first we will create a new material and in the shader generation params sction we will abilitate the blendplayer option, 4 new slots will be added to add texture maps and a few varoiables in the shader params

noew we will add rhe diffuse and normal map brick texture, in the diffuse map and normal map respectively and the diffuse and normal texture of concrete in second diffuse map and second normal map respectively.

in blend map we will add the following texture

and noew we can play with the values of shaders params

keep ind mind that if we want tu put a texture of paint on the bricks is not advisable to use a second normal map sice the paint depends on the normal brick map
