Ping SMPT server from my EC2 instance

Hi,

I have an EC2 instance on which I deployed a spring-boot application. I want to send mails to my users by using Tipimail Saas service. My EC2 instance dont allow out calls to SMTP ports of Timipail server (25/2500/587). I added outbound rules to my security group, checked network ACLs, checked firewalld but no result.

Did any haavee any idea to solve that ?

SMTP is blocked by default to try and prevent spamming. You can request for the port to be opened, the steps are here https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/ec2-port-25-throttle
