Bill unexpected in free tier

Dear Sir, I am an Engineering student. I signed in using a free account. I was unaware of the associated hidden cost with cloud. I received a bill of Rs.8,000. It is totally unexpected. I suffer financial problems. I am unable to pay the bill. Kindly consider my situation and deactivate my bill. I regret for the same. Thank you
