Are overseas traffic charged more on AWS?

Currently, the service is operated only in Korea. I'm going to launch this service overseas. If I don't have enough time to develop, I can send and receive requests from a server in Korea Region to a client in a foreign country. In this case, will I be charged more than running an overseas region?

If your server sends data to the internet outside of your AWS region, you will be charged based on the data transfer out to internet rates for the AWS region where your server is located, regardless of the client's location. You can find data transfer rate in below document. https://aws.amazon.com/ec2/pricing/on-demand/?nc1=h_ls#Data_Transfer Running your server in the US region is the cheapest way to transfer data out to the internet.
