How do I unsubscribe from AWS shield Advance

The documentation here stated that you need to contact AWS support to unsubscribe.

> When you are subscribed, to unsubscribe you must contact [AWS Support](https://console.aws.amazon.com/support).

To disable auto-renew subscription used
```
aws shield update-subscription --auto-renew DISABLED
```
However, The subscription autorenew flag cannot be changed earlier than 30 days before subscription end and later than 1 day before subscription end
