Hello.
Check the NS record with "whois".
If the whois command is installed, you can check the NS record using the following command.
whois domain.com
Once you have confirmed the NS record, check if it matches the one you registered with Cloudflare.
If they do not match, please rewrite to the NS record confirmed by whois.

You need to update route 53 domain setting and add Name Servers of Cloudflare in Route53 Console.
