Amazon Bedrock RAG vs agent

Question

Hi all, I have a few questions regarding Amazon bedrock:
1. Can amazon bedrock agent be used to retrieve data from an RDS MySQL instance to retrieve information about a particular user?
2. When would RAG be used vs a Bedrock agent?
3. Can the output results of Amazon Bedrock be stored in an S3 bucket? This is for future visualisation of results using QuickSight.

* Yes, an Amazon Bedrock agent could be used to retrieve data from RDS MySQL but I would say to look for an alternative way 
* RAG agent could be useful when you want the model to generate responses based on content and processed info from DB.
* Yes, the Amazon Bedrock agents could store their output in Amazon S3
