AWS Bedrock `Internal Server Exception`

We have been making extensive use of AWS Bedrock the past couple months. I've noticed that I sometimes get an Internal Server Exception when trying to Retrieve or retrieveAndGenerate. This happens with the AWS Console or using the user program we created.

The only way I've been able to 'fix' it, is if I delete the KnowledgeBase and make a new one. This is frustrating because it can take upwards of 2 days to sync the Knowledge Base with Titan as well as the associated cost with paying for the Knowledge Base itself and the embedding costs.

We currently have 7 KnowledgeBases and this has happened three times

I would recommend opening a Support Case for this to allow support to investigate logs and determine the source of the issue.
