This is more of a bug report, either in the describe_export_tasks API (docs): the PercentProgress attribute in the response is an integer, and it seems rounded to the nearest integer, leading to PercentProgress = 100 not necessarily meaning that the export is complete.
This might be ok, but:
- at the very least it would be good for the documentation to mention this explicitly
- it might be safer to
FLOOR than to ROUND here
