CPU Credit Usage and CPU Credit Balance metrics missing in T3a

Investigating on this, I found that there was a known issue with the t3a instance types where they were not showing up the CPUCreditUsage and CPUCreditBalance metrics in the Monitoring tab of the instance. Our internal service team actively worked on this to get it resolved and now, you should be able to see the metrics.

Moreover, when I checked the metrics of my test t3a instance, I was able to see the CPUCreditUsage and CPUCreditBalance metrics under the monitoring tab of the instance.
