Lost access to Remote access and Nice DCV to an instance

How do I connect to an instance when NiceDVC client does not work anymore and Remote Desktop is not working either. Administrator account is disabled in the instance.

Please look if AWS Systems Manager Session Manager will help. Look at the enabling relevant prerequistes at the link below.
