For the look up in the flow you'll need to use a Lambda. This can give you some ideas https://amazon-connect.github.io/amazon-connect-salesforce-cti/docs/classic/salesforce-lambdas/01-contact-flow-salesforce-lambdas/ as for passing the data down to the CCP and displaying it you'll need a custom CCP and this can get you 90% of the way there https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/connect-contact-attributes-screenpop/
