How can I find the data storage jurisdiction?

Hi all,
I have (probably) a very basic question, but I can't figure out in what jurisdiction our data is stored. Can anyone help me with this?

Thank you! I just updated my post to show you what I see when I select region. Does this then mean data storage in all these regions is enabled?

Probably the Hong Kong region is not enabled for your account. Please contact your Administrator or you can check below how to enable it

I am not clear with the ask data storage jurisdiction. You can store the data in many ways such as S3 bucket, EBS storage, EFS filesystem etc and they get created in a region. So you can refer this page for region specific data privacy https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/data-privacy/
