WAF logs to S3 and Cloudwatch?

As of summer 2022, you can have WAF logs go to Cloudwatch Logs, Kinesis Data Firehose, or S3. Is it possible to have the WAF logs go to both CW logs and S3? Basically want to have CW Logs for alerting and S3 for archiving.

After sending to CloudWatch Logs, it is possible to send from CloudWatch Logs to S3. [1]
