Service charge free tier account

I recently created my free tier account on AWS for study, but I'm being charged for a service called AWS WAF, I would like you to help me understand why, because I didn't even activate this service. AWS WAF

From the image you have shared, it appears that a Global Web ACL has been created.
Global Web ACL is a WAF setting that can be configured for CloudFront.
It can be removed by following the methods in the following document.
Incidentally, when deleting a Web ACL, you can select the corresponding Web ACL by setting the region to Global on the Web ACL screen.

You can also check the API history in CloudTrail to see what caused it to be created.
I think there is a history of "CreateWebACL".

The above answer is correct however I would like to expand on the original statement. There is no such thing as a free tier AWS account. There are several services that permit free use under specific and limited conditions, but this is not universal across all services.
