Case ID 6135575121 Retry payment for reserved instance

Hello,

I have payment request failed first time because of limit on my card.
I increased the limit but I can't retry payment again, no link Pay now.

I have created case 6135575121 and it's still "Unassigned" after 20 hours.
This is payment for Reserved Instance (db.t3.small Postgres) for 3 year all upfront. I requested reservation at Jun 3.

Can you help me with this?

I loose money now waiting for that reservation completion...
