Hello.
If you want to create a database when creating an RDS instance, you can do so by opening "Additional configuration" and entering "Initial database name".

If you have already created an RDS instance, you can install MySQL Workbench etc. on your local PC and create a database after connecting to the RDS instance. https://aws.amazon.com/getting-started/hands-on/create-mysql-db/?nc1=h_ls
there is no field like database name
