Fetch complete request from API Gateway

I wish to fetch complete request to a API Gateway (REST API). I've tried Full Request and Response Logs, Access Logs and XRay but haven't been able to fetch complete request. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Here are the instructions on how to setup execution logs and access logs in API Gateway: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/apigateway/latest/developerguide/set-up-logging.html
