I have tried to create HelloWorld Step function. But received is not authorized to perform: states:CreateStateMachine User is not authorized to perform: states:CreateStateMachine because no identity-based policy allows the states:CreateStateMachine action How to fix it?

Hi

It seems that your user does not have permission to create the state machine. You can create a custom policy with the states:CreateStateMachine machine permission and any other required permissions and attach the custom policy to your user or the simpler approach use the AWSStepFunctionsConsoleFullAccess managed policy and attach it to your user. This would grant all the necessary permissions to manage step functions.

Managing IAM permissions -> https://docs.aws.amazon.com/IAM/latest/UserGuide/access_policies_manage-attach-detach.html
