Unable to view public ipv4 url on any browser with my iam user logged on

Question

Hi
With freetier I created iam roles under my root user, logged on to iam roles,created EC2, security group for the same. Created dynamodb too..but I copied the 
 public ipv4 url on chrome/mozilla browser ,I'm getting reload error. What might be wrong, provide solution????

Note: Operating system I selected is windows server free tier fyi

Hi,

it is hard to provide and answer without further details about your network setup, so I will try a few:

- Did you deploy an Internet Gateway in your VPC?
- Does the routing table of the VPC send the traffic to the internet gateway as default route (0.0.0.0/0)?
- What source IP addresses have you used in your security group configuration? if it is the whole internet please specify 0.0.0.0/0, but be careful with the ports you are exposing. Limit it to the bare minimum. Maybe consider placing a load balancer in front.
