3CX SERVER cant reach SIP provider proxies in HK and UK

Hi, for the last few days i had lots of issues with all my clients 3CX servers in singapore and UK datacenters, It sounds like an AWS BGP routing issue connecting to UK and HK proxies ( 111.235.152.141 and 213.166.103.6 ):
