Email Identity verification mail is not received for team mail id.

We have created an email identity in Pinpoint, associated email address is our team's mail id (any mail to this id is sent to all the team members). We are not receiving identity verification mail from Pinpoint(AWS SES) thus not able to use this mail id. We have also tried to send the verification mail manually from Pinpoint web portal multiple times.
