Spamhaus SBL Removal request

0

My mail server crashed yesterday (11/6) and had to
be rebuilt. It was built using AWS Lightsail and I was not able to
figure out how to move the Elastic IP from the previous instance to
the new instance. So when it was rebuilt it got a new IP address (44.226.7.217). This
domain has been in use for years to send mail and is NOT an open
relay. It uses SMTP authentication and TLS to protect it against
unauthorized use.

It appears that the new IP is listed in Spamhaus' SBL and that the
only way to get removed from that is to have AWS request removal. How
do I do that? I didn't see a form for it.

I've already filled out and had the work completed to have rDNS setup (https://aws.amazon.com/forms/ec2-email-limit-rdns-request?catalog=true&isauthcode=true) which says that it works with spamhause, but my ip is still listed in SBL (https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/44.226.7.217).

Once the rDNS record was setup and propagated I was able to request removal myself via https://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/.
