Can customers pay for Skill Builder with a corporate credit card without creating an AWS account?

Hello.
The FAQ below states that it will be billed along with other AWS services, so I think you will need an AWS account.

The Team subscription charge will appear on the AWS Billing Console, alongside your other AWS Service usage.
I recommend contacting AWS to find out if individual support is possible.
