Instance stuck in stopping state

Hi Ec2 support,

I receive an alert that one of our instances is not reachable. I tried to stop the instance, to check if rebooting solve the issue but now the instance is stuck in stopping state.

Please check instance number i-056be678c293ef103

Instance became rechable again. Also i received an emial from amazon informing that instance will be retired in two weeks max.
