Appstream 2.0 Pixelated on Macbook air

Hi, I'd like to ask why is it that when i enter my appstream via web browser, the stream comes out pixelated like this:

To add on, this does not happen for macbook pro 16 inch, and on my windows desktop PC.

How do i solve this?
