Hello,
Domain transfer in to Route 53 can get stuck due to multiple reasons: 1.R53 doesn't support the domain or domain's current status or EPP is not eligible for transfer 2. R53 sends a Form Of Authorization (FOA) to the registrant contact email but it is not approved 3. Current registrar didn't approve transfer.
