REST2SOAP & SOAP2REST Conversion

I am looking for a lambda function to perform REST-to-SOAP message conversions and forward the transformed SOAP messages to the SOAP service endpoint. In the same way, I am looking for SOAP-to-REST conversion. If you have any sample solutions( in Node.js or Phyton or DotNet) or some references please could you share them.
