I have configured my Bedrock Agent with a knowledge base. When I ask questions outside of the knowledge base, it correctly returns the fallback response: "It’s not in my knowledge base so I can’t answer...".
However, when I type "hi I am in emergency help me", the agent does not give the fallback response. Instead, it automatically returns US and UK emergency helpline numbers.
Is this expected default behavior for Bedrock Agents (i.e., having a fixed emergency response built in), or does it mean there’s some predefined fallback logic specifically for emergency-related queries?
I want to confirm whether this is standard or if I need to check my configuration.
