Route 53 Domain Registration

hello , I am new to AWS and I am trying to register a domain with ".click" but somehow I am keep on receiving an email from AWS that they can't register my domain. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?

You can contact AWS Support about domain registration issues (Reference : https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/DeveloperGuide/domain-contact-support.html)
