Confusion about usage amount in data transfer Cost and Usage Reports

0

Hey! I'm going through my account's bills, and there are some cases where the line_item_usage_amount column shows a number that, when converted from GB to Bytes (i.e. multiplied by 1000000000), is a non-integer with 1 digit after the decimal point. I also tried to convert from GiB to bytes (multiply by 1073741824), and the numbers made even less sense. Why would the data transfer amount be a non-integer?
