I need to know if the specific feature in Amazon Lex ''Add the Lambda Function as a Code Hook'' is available with AWS free tier or not?

AWS Free tier has nothing to do with the Amazon Lex "Add the Lambda Function as a Code Hook" functionality. Appreciate if you can be little more specific by the phrase "it's not working for me".
