Tests fail because "Chrome needs storage access to download files."

We noticed on some devices our tests fail when app tries to open web link to dummy PDF file on our server inside Chrome because there is popup dialog in Chrome asking for an action:
message: Chrome needs storage access to download files.
on Samsung button is: UPDATE PERMISSIONS
on Pixel button is: OK

Affected devices include:
Samsung Galaxy S8+ (T-Mobile)
Google Pixel 3 XL

Can you please have a look into the issue? Is there maybe already known workaround for this?

Thank you for the support.

Workaround is to do multiple back button taps until it goes back to the app.
