Yes, you can. 1- if you are making an outgoing call from your India Local line and in the same time placing yourself in the queue and using SoftPhone option on CCP and you are using normal internet and not VPN, call will come through normally.
2- For making an outgoing calls from Amazon Connect. you will need to assign a phone number ( from amazon connect ) in the Queue related to your routing profile so the call can go through to your India local number.
