I have Amplify and Cognito configured with my angular app. I am using the amplify provided login box to authenticate into my app. Authentication works correctly. However, a problem occurs if I create a new user and select the option "Force change password". When signing in as the new user If you change your password and click the submit button then the screen freezes and if you wait long enough on chrome it produces the error "Error code: Crashpad_NotConnectedToHandler". After closing the tab and reopening the app the user is authenticated and is on the splash page of the app. It does not matter what we browser I use, it produces the same results. What could be causing this? Thanks in advance. (I have seen other forums with issues of amplify hanging on password change but all those forums were closed without a answer)

When I added mfa to my Cognito user pool I also got a page freeze. This happened on the initial set up with the authenticator app. After the initial mfa setup I get no page freezes on new logins.
So right now I only get this page freeze when I do a force change password on a first time login and when I do an initial setup of the mfa. After closing the page when it freezes and reopening it I am logged into my app, like nothing happened.
