Access ec2 instances across different regions using openvpn from one region

Hi,
I installed openvpn in singapore region and accessing instances in this region using openvpn for secure communication. Now my question is that is it possible to access (SSH) instances of oregon region using singapore openvpn.

Yes, this is possible using VPC peering. Peering your VPC in Singapore region to the relevant VPC in Oregon which will enable communications between them.
