Hi,
AWS has mentioned two different SLAs for same service in two different places Link-1 says RDS with Multi-AZ cluster has below SLA Less than 99.5% but equal to or greater than 99.0% 10% https://aws.amazon.com/legal/service-level-agreements/?aws-sla-cards.sort-by=item.additionalFields.serviceNameLower&aws-sla-cards.sort-order=asc&awsf.tech-category-filter=tech-category%23databases
Link-2 says RDS with Multi-AZ cluster has below SLA Less than 99.95% but equal to or greater than 99.0% 10% https://aws.amazon.com/rds/sla/?did=sla_card&trk=sla_card
Please help me knowing which one to trust!
Regards,
The first link is for Amazon Aurora.
The second link is for Amazon RDS.
first link includes RDS as well
See https://aws.amazon.com/rds/aurora/sla/ for the Aurora SLA
The SLA for Multi-AZ DB Instance and Multi-AZ DB Cluster is 99.95%, so the second link is correct.
Thanks for responding so quickly, can I expect AWS to correct the information on 1st link
