Hello.
If you are able to log in to your AWS account as the root user, you should be able to see your credit card information from the billing screen.
If you have multiple AWS accounts, it is a good idea to check them one by one.

I checked them all, only see one association updated: just detected in a kinda dormant account I hvn't used for long
