Will I be charged when aws fargate is restarted?

Question

Fargate stopped running overnight due to an error.

For about a day, fargate was restarted by repeating stopping and running,
Will there be a charge in this case?

You pay for the amount of vCPU, memory, and storage resources consumed by your containerized applications running on Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)."
