Access EC2 using public IP from the on-prime

Question

I have the following:

I need to access the EC2 in server VPC using the public IP instead of private IP, any documentations or any demo you can recommend ?

Do you want to assign a public IP that you own to EC2?
The following blog posts and documents may be helpful.
Note that it is not possible to bring in only one IP address.

I am sorry I might not have said in a clear way. Actually I need to assign an organization Public IP to the EC2, so the on-prime users can access this EC2 with this Public IP.

Say EC2 has a public IP 4.4.4.4.
