使用amplify同步更新aws cloud失败。

使用 amplify push 命令同步更新到 aws cloud 的时候有异常如下: An error occurred during the push operation: Inaccessible host: amplify-projectname.s3.ap-east-1.amazonaws.com' at port 443'. This service may not be available in the `ap-east-1' region. (备注： 上述错误为 ap-east, 切换到 us-east-1 也是一样）
