Security bug? Logining via SSH with different IP address

Hi,
My SSH Security Group has defined the SSH access for an only IP address (the mine). But I have found today that although the registered IP in the Security Group is currently different from my actual current IP address, I can login via SSH.
Should it don't be deny the access?

I have found the Security Groups attached to my EB have been recreated, this has set the SSH open to everybody. I have fixed it.
