Is IdP PCI DSS and PCI 3DS complaint in AWS?

Hello, we need to know, if using IdP is PCI DSS and PCI 3DS complaint, is there any special requirements? where we can read about implementing IdP to be PCI complaint?

You need to chose an identity provider that adheres to the proper security protocols to meet your PCI compliance. If you want to look at AWS services that can help maintain PCI compliance, take a look at https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/services-in-scope/
