Unless you missed a few payment cycles, had a number of past due charges, and your account was suspended, - it's likley that there is another reason why your website might be down, which you might have to check from the setup. Generally, if you have due charges, this does not automatically affect your resources.
If you missed several payments and your accounts was suspended as a result, please open account&billing support case, and our customer service team will be able to check the status of your account. However, note that if your account was not suspended because of unpaid past due charges, then the issue is likely not related to payment, but rather to your setup.
